1.What do you mean by slowness when attacking? The FPS drops when you attack? I don't seem to have any slowdown when attacking if that's what you meant.
2.Some things aren't explained by tutorial but I thought (some) of the thing you mention were obvious. Heart above robots means if you destroy them you get some hp back, which I thought very obvious. But a lot of things indeed are not obvious. On faceless robots, their body colour indicate their weakness. You parry by finding a shield and equipping it and pressing weak attack button (I assume you haven't find a shield yet). The actually most non obvious thing for me was how to upgrade.
3.This is just design choice, but I think it's to facilitate combo. For example, you can hit enemies on the air using weak attack of middle weapon that do midair multiple combo, then hit strong attack of r1 weapon that do downward slash that explode in the ground.
4. It's finished. The console version is already released. I think there'll be updates and bugfixes and maybe new modes such, but it's supposed to be launched already, but the launch date coincidentally in the same time with steam summer sale but the dev don't want to release it in reduced price for release in pc.
I hope you enjoy this game!
To know enemy weaknesses, look at the particle effects when you hit them (if they are weak the effect is different)
Parry is a special fast move you can only do with some shields.
(Yes, admittedly we need more tips in the game)
As for the state of completion, other than a bug we will be fixing in an update today (the Thunder Hammer bug) and the infinite mode, all that will be there (for initial release) will be there. It's fine to keep playing.
