Does anyone play BHD online?

As I understand it, you need 'DF:BHD Pinger' software. I grabbed it several months ago, but could never get it to work.

I don't know that any public servers are online, however a person could host a private server and there is a tool to bypass server join code required and set it sefault 0 that way when hosted server is always reachable by the ip address of the domaine name using the pinger tool. its how i hosted years back.

Biggest issue for most is just getting game screen to load resolutions properly on modern OS or wide screen with out crashing etc. I had a dedicated server up and running not to long back on my own private server machine where technically if i port forwarded the proper port people could have joined by the pinger. I also lost most of the 500 maps i used to host with what 15 or 20 years ago or build new maps but the interest and amount of players seems extremely low. unless there was some special unique situation i'm not sure id try to resurrect the LS Legendary Soldiers after leaving the game behind for like more than 15 years. There is also another critical issue that could affect anyone hosting servers for people privately and that could be Timi the new owner of copyrights could intervene through legal meens.

Use "DFBHD Alternate Startup" from NovaHQ, Pinger is old and don't work properly anymore.

what we would really need is place to centrally post domaine names and a dynamic update tool people would run to show most recent ip's of those servers.

paste this to browser and you should be able to see online servers and players

Use to play DFBHDTS all the time back in the day. was in EID, LID, VoW and others. is there anything out there now? would live to hook up with some of the old players

You'll want TIO coop mod for... well, coop servers.
