I would recommend that you buy the Platinum edition from GOG, in which you get both games. But it is no longer there because the Chinese developer that developed the new Delta Force and which is already available on Steam as Free to Play, does not want any player to play any of the old titles in the Delta Force saga, including that one.
The only thing you could do (if you're lucky) is go to a page where they sell keys and get one for that game so you can also play this expansion.
It would be the only option.
And this is exactly the reason why I will buy the new Doom game: because ID truly respects its fanbase.
