Well, it seems Delta Force licenses its not property of Embracer, due to Tencent is making their own Delta Force Game

Or they are making it without engaging with THQ to obtain the license and are just going to wing it.

But after watching the teaser and seeing the platforms it's to be released on, including mobile devices, it's not going to be a true successor to the Delta Force franchise.

I guess.
They're the ones responsible for COD Mobile and many Many other mobile games
Seeing as this one will be on app stores, it'll probably be crossplay, and the UI will more than likely be infested with login bonuses etc.
Campaign will probably be like Modern Combat, another mobile game.
I Really Strongly hope that they do it justice, but I'm not hopeful
