If, as you say, it does not appear on the list, then you must have downloaded a mission that does not have cooperative support.
To download cooperative missions, I leave you here the link:

Remember, in the Type option do not forget to filter the type of map you want

Black Hawk Down did not come with a Co-Operative Mode.(Really dumb move by Novalogic). You have to install the"Coopmenow" Patch in order to play/map Co-Op and KOTH games.
The main problem with the Patch is the creators didn't or couldn't make a new Player Start Marker for the Co-Op game play, so Co-Op and Single Player modes use the same Player Start Maker. I believe this is why you see Co-Op maps display in the Single Player area.
Co-Op and Single Player modes are two different animals. Co-Op is really a multiplayer mode, you have your team verses an AI team.
The mistake most Game Resource Sites make is not separating Co-Op maps from Single Player maps.
My Name is Ted from TIO Cooperative Gaming for Black Hawk Down. I am a senior Admin, Map Maker and Mod Creator. We host BHD and BHDTS Co-Op game servers, aswell as our own TIOcoop92 Mod.
We have a download section with all the resources for Playing, Mapping, Hosting and Modding Black Hawk Down. We have an experienced Mapping/Modding division on hand for advice. View our Mod through screenshots in our Photo Gallery or watch our Mod game play videos.

MY THOUGHTS
I am assuming someone has edited this map for Co-Op game play. Meaning they downloaded or extracted the mission, converted the BMS file to a MIS file so the games Mission Editor (MED ) can read it.
From there they would have changed the game type to Co-Op and added Progressive Spawn Points (PSP) to the map.
Editing a Single Player map to a Co-Op map can be as easy as stated above, depends on how the map was created. However, if you try editing some complex Single Player maps, you run the risk the map may not work correctly. This will mean you have to do a deep dive into the Events written for the map.
