Delta Force: Black Hawk Down

Delta Force: Black Hawk Down

What is this?
So I finally got this game to work, fired it up, and it's not what I expected. Is this the same game that was realeased on the original Xbox? I played the ♥♥♥♥ out of that one and none of this looked familiar.

The PC version of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down and the Team Sabre expansion, developed by NovaLogic, came first. The XBOX version was ported by Climax, and may have added features that are present in one version, but not the other. From what I remember, the menus are different, the HUD is different, you can issue squad commands with a headset, and it has split-screen and networked co-op modes that aren't present in the PC version.

The PS2 version has its own unique attributes as well. It was developed by Rebellion, uses their own in-house engine, different menus, different HUD, a stat system, and extra squad commands. All versions are essentially the same, though the console versions were outsourced to developers to be ported and adapted to fit what was expected of games on their respective systems.

Here are a few links that you might be interested in checking out!

Awesome man, thanks for the info! I'll definitely check out those links. But also with the campaign, maybe I'm missing something, but I see 3 campaign missions and I don't remember any of them from the Xbox version. Am I missing something?
