Yes, it seems almost every Delta Force game has weird settings, not just the graphics but in how save systems work.
Go to where the game is installed and look for the file called "game" its a .cfg file so can be opened in notepad and change these lines:
hw3d_res1920x1080 = 0 -to the same thing, but with a 1 in place of the 0

hw3d_res1920x1080 = 1 -like this. this will activate the resolution its next to
then its a case of just choosing it in the settings screen.
This is a copy & paste from the file i am using, i did this before even starting the game so im sure that whatever has a 1 at the end can be chosen...
