Mouse click to cycle AI played cards

Noticed that during the AI turn in Battle of the Bulge, the player cannot accept cards played by the AI by left clicking mouse on card graphic. Just tested in Afrika Korps, when AI plays a card, the player can move cursor over an AI played card, left click, and it will accept and advance the turn. In BoB, when the AI plays a card, the player must wait until the set time (in options) expires to continue turn.
Please add the function of clicking on an AI played card advances the turn to BoB.
