..what might it have? Denuvo? IO account that requires online presence to even save? or preferably nothing - but Steam itself.

..at this time, the store page does not list anything, although not a legal requirement - pre-order is already available, so if they change the store page later to list any 3rd party DRM, one can always refund, especially so.
