How long is this game?
Seriously, I've logged in 8 hours and all I've done is chosen whether to wait for (instert childhood friend's name here) and lernt about Auronautical engineering.

When do I get to actually date one of these girls?

For context, I'm on my first playthrough and I have just done the bit wher you test fly the glider and the winch breaks.

It is around 50 hours to do ALL routes while skipping what you have read in previous playthroughs. Anyway, it should be around 15-20 hours for the first route, if you are an average reader.

Wow, that is long. I think I'll aim for one route at the moment.

Nice. I was trying to decide if I should get this since I'm new to VN's, and for the price they normally go for they are really short. I think I'll give this one a go. Alot of people seem to think this games story doesn't work without the patch. Would you agree?

Are you people ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that cannot tell time???? I didn't time it but it took me 10 days of playing 8 to 10 to hours a day to finish Kotoris route. 80-100 hours. Ageha's is about that long and Amanes is about 50 hours and the twins are 20-30 hours.

I think they story is superior without the patch..They make out and kiss instead of having sex. which to me is more romantic.

I would have to agree with this. I prefer non-H, personally, whenever possible. It is still a good VN, either way. It dpends mostly on whether you prefer the Hentai content or not.

Some people read faster than others, and I think you are a pretty slow reader if it took you 80 hours for a single route. But that just means you enjoy it longer, so good for you!

With that said, this is a pretty long read compared to other VN's and the porn romance is all near the end. Haven't played the non-patched version, but I think the sex scenes don't have much character development beyond what they like in bed.

No I am actually quite a fast reader. In order to do it in 15 hours you have to fastforward and not bother to read ANY of it. You are forced to read it deliberately if you read it all all. Because you have translation problems. Also if you are enjoying it you want to get the most from it you can.

Wha is funny is that I am NOT a fast reader and I still finished ALL routes in around 50-60 hours total and I still understood everything, since my brain is really fast at deciphering bad grammer and sentence structure (I can normally read a badly translated/constructed sentence as if it was never a mess to begin with immediately when I see it and still retain everything from what I read). I also only skipped the parts I already read in the common route before any character routes (basically just using the default skipping method, which only lets you skip lines you have already read).

Well it is not possible to do them all that fast and read them like you say you did. So apparently you have either trouble telling time or the truth. I would say both are true. I have played all the paths 3 times and watched a bunch on youtube at other people's pace and I know how long it takes. At minimum it takes over 100 hours to do all of them. Without fast forward any that is how long it takes.
Killertje Jul 5, 2016 @ 12:52pm
You said originally that you took 80 hours for 1 route. I don't know how that translates to me saying its doable in 15 hours, I never said that. Anyway it still seems to me like you either read slowly or you read each line 5 times if it takes you 80 hours.

But it's not a contest, I just don't like you speaking for other people when you say that it's impossible. It is kind of rude, calling them (and me) liars.
