Cannot start the game on windows 10

im using a HP Stream 11 Notebook
I am using windows 10 and it dosent start the game at all , i click play on th game and the steam thing come out after the game didn launch .
Pls help me

1. Go to the folder where Steam installed the game.
2. Right-click AdvHD.exe and select Properties
3. Go to the Compatibility tab
4. Select the checkbox for running the game as an admin.

This normally gets any game to run on Windows 10. Otherwise, you may need to re-install the game. Also, it would be helpful to know if you tried installing the Restoration Patch or the Sweet Love UI patch.

If Ragnawind's first suggestion didn't work, try changing it AdvHD.exe to run in compatibility mode as another OS before uninstalling it. That normally fixes issues with programs not running under certain OS's.

Windows 7 would be better for compatibility

If it ran on 8, then switching it to 8 would likely work just fine. They have the same effect for me, but the game was developed with Win7 as the target so it'd be the better choice.

what is the restoration patch and sweet love ui patch for?

They are just fan patches for restoring the adult only content. If you don't know what they are, it is unrelated to your problem

You say steam launches the game but nothing happens, do you get any error message? Try looking at your process in the task manager when the game starts. Check if it suddenly shuts down.

Consider these too:
Does steam display you as in that game, or does it shift back to online?
Are there possible issues with your firewall?
