.ARC file extraction?

I am trying making Hotaru mod in another game. And I want to get her voice files without recording in-game.

I've discovered that IMHHW use .arc file type. I read about this and it seems like a really old archive format.

Anyone know how to extract .arc file? Please tell me, I would be appreciate!

PS - Maybe you can help me getting the voice files if you know about it.

You can use ExtractData [tlwiki.org] (improved english)
to open all the .arc files. You can get sprites, backgrounds, the BGM, CG art, and voicelines.

Voice.arc will most likely have the voicelines. (Shockingly)

There are two spaces to stop the link remover from deleting it.

i know this thread is ancient but have you managed to do this? i'm trying to rip the sprites and for now i've had little luck extracting the files. no clue where the sprites are even located. Graphics.arc?

Someone released a hacking tool to extract the arc files. The easiest to extract are the graphics. I think they are stored in one of the chip files. The program is called exoozoarc I posted a link to it in my earlier post. There is also the ExtractData tool that someone else linked to. The extracter specifically for this game is more compatible, though.
