freezes when joining session win 7 64 bit

when i join a multipalyer server it just says joining session and freezes

i also can't get higher resolution than 1024x768

tried goin to your steam folder and changing the compatibility mode to windows xp (service pack 3)? had the same issue not exactly sure what i did to fix it thou

google disableVON,which can fix this,setting ur antivirus software allow this program run.

- Go to your "Steam" folder
- Select "Steamapps"
- Select "Common"
- Select "Delta Force Land Warrior"
- Right click the "DFLW" shortcut
- Select "Compatibility solving" (hope i translated it well)

So now Windows will run a short problem fixer which will give you two options.

- Select the 2nd option and fill in all the answers.
- Now select "Test programm"

Now Windows will open the game and you can change all the settings. If the game runs like it should or you still have problems, shut down the game. Now you can either close the problem solver or select that you want to try another programm.

nope. you'll need disable von patch , set it in ur Delta Force Land Warrior folder and run the game that way.

I had this problem aswell, and its the best solution. No problems anymore :)

Downloaded the von path. In the steam folder it could not locate the game. In the CD location it said I did not have admin privileges. This does not work for me.

I used the von fix in: DFLW No Cd / 8 Player Co-op / VON Fix / App Fix / Startup.htm

and it worked for me but when connecting I get a sysdump.

Do you have the CD version or Steam?
If you are using the CD version download it again from Novalogic FTP and it will sort the issues i believe.

I downloaded the no-cd patch and von one, then run as admin. I can join Outlaws server and Team medics or something, but none of the others because it freezes. As long as I can get into the Outlaws server I'm happy.
