How do you change fire modes?

I played this game a lot when I was a kid. Starting to play it again now but cant figure out how to change fire modes or switch to the grenade launcher on the AUG or the masterkey shotgun on the M4. I've literally tried every button on my keyboard and see nothing about it in the controls. Nothing to switch between semi-auto and full-auto either.

this threw me off as well after playing df2, just tap whatever "primary weapon" is bound to while your aug/m4/etc is out
