There is crossplay between Windows, Mac, Debian, iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

I have a new Steam Account. How to "transfer" it to my phone? I just have the option to make a new Acc, to bind it with my Google Play account or to log in via Facebook but not to log in with my Steam Account.

You save your profile ID and password somewhere and log on with them on your phone.
