На Стиме работает авторизация только через почту. То есть вам сначала ваш игровой аккаунт надо привязать к вашей почте и потом через нее уже зайти.

It's can be done through our support team[warspear-online.com].

But there is also one "technical" solution.
If your "first" account was the previous one (your lost profile was overwritten just once), you can try the following:
First of all ensure you have login and password from your current account!

1. Open the game client
   
2. Select MENU → Switch profile → YES. Login window will appear.
   
3. Type in LOGIN field exactly @cloud profile #1 (AT-cloud-SPACE-profile-SPACE-HASH-ONE).
   
4. Left the PASSWORD field blank and press ENTER button.
   
5. Press PLAY button to ensure your access to your lost profile.
   
6. To assign a mail to your account navigate to MENU → My profile.

You can also try @cloud profile #2 to load profile before the previous one.

Имейте в виду, что костюм выдается на первый игровой аккаунт, под которым вы вошли в Стиме. Вы только под одним игровым аккаунтом заходили через Стим?
