How to continue a saved game?

I finished the map with a fried 66% percent and we wanted to continue [online]. But I dont know how to get in to thy lobby. The code is not working and I only see our server when I click on "create a new one". If I click on our map the game wanna create a new lobby. How can we continue?

You can play the same world by pressing create job and selecting your world. This will open a new lobby but you will play the same world when your friend joins.
