Should I start over on MMO Mode/Solo/Private ??

Hey guys! First time player here. I am enjoying playing the offline mode but I'm realizing now that may have been a mistake. I'd like to ideally play solo but still have access to player made 'stuff' because I feel that's where a lot of the great 'stuff' is at, in terms of gear and other interesting items. Are there a lot of quests and interesting gear rewards in offline/singleplayer mode as well? Curious if I should start over and try again on the more MMO side of things. Any tips or advice guys? Thanks!

The offline game contains practically the same adventure areas and quests as the online game.

The differences are that offline you do not have other players. You can have up to 3 companions join you in a party when you find them offline.

Even if you play the ONLINE game, that does not mean that you have to join a guild or join a party. You still can go everywhere alone. But if you need aid in a hard fight you can ask for help and people might join you.
