barber or another way to change your character hair?

hello, i was looking trough the forums but was not able to find anything helpful.
is there a barbershop or something like that in sota to change your characters appearence or hairstyle? im not that far into the game so far, so if there is one in the capital then im sorry for the question in advance :)

Yeah, it's a bit of a steep price for a new haircut, but you can also totally remake your face and maybe even the sex of your character when you do it. Maybe they should have a haircut alone be cheaper.

While you're out and about keep an eye on player vendors. COTO's are going from around 2600g from them right now I believe.
