I would like to be able to get my account back as I forgot the username and password and you can't do that I have moved on since last year when I tried many times and still I was not able to get my information. Bought all new games to make a new account with and the cd-keys I bought were already in use contacted steam and they told me they don't sale used cd-keys and the guy who was helping me closed the ticket so I just stopped buying games on steam.

i guess i won't buy ANY of these nova games if what happens is i get "used" cdkeys with NO help.
I already own BHD & JO on CD-DVD but i have no idea what the account is or the email i used back then.
paying a 2nd time to get ripped off would be STUPIDITY on my part.................

the game is ok online and solo for play go on www.novaworld2.com and login you with your new id and pw go on profil account and use your key of game , if you search your key is on game launch the game you have 1 notification in game with the key and back on web site actived your key in novaworld your account is silver in first time next use key the account is gold and now you can play good game all and the FRT is back
