Then your expectations may not match. Most obviously, there is little to no emphasis of economy mechanics in the Papa Louie games. You are genuinely cooking a pizza to order for a person and serving it in one shop, collecting tips and paychecks to buy cosmetics and a few pizzeria upgrades. There are a few other aspects, but essentially every game "day" is the same loop.
I am sure there are still sites hosting the old Flash versions where you can try out the game play loop before you buy if you are hesitant. Even a video should do, though. Or you can refund if it does not suit you in under 2 hours.
