Golden Fish?

In the Dig Site level there's a Polar Bear who wants some Golden Fish but I can't seem to find it to give it to him.

I managed to find the fish barrel in 2nd stage (past the first actual boss that gives you a gem) and gave it to the Polar Bear there, he wisked me away to some island and I got a pretty stellar helmet for doing so.

Just wondering how to get the statue, I can't seem to find it in the Dig Site.

Also, I noticed that in the main hub where the door that fits all 4 gems are, there's piles of rubble and one of them on the right has that Fish Statue symbol... any ideas?

The other question: by "main hub" you mean Heimdall's Gate. Yes, you can also bring the Fish Statue there, for another purpose, by finishing the "first act" of the game (defeating the first act boss) while having the fish statue with you.

Actually I read that thread but it didn't actually explain where you find the fish, figured I'd make another one asking more specifically where the Golden Statue actually is. I can't seem to find it...

You were very vague with your response basically stating it's usually in a previous level... that much is obvious. I just can't find the physical statue itself.

I just did a couple quests where I carried some items like the giant red gem to fight that giantic polar bear and that fish barrel to the polar bear who runs the ship in the 2nd area of the game (past the first boss) but I literally can't find that golden fish statue in the first area... I've been through it twice now.

Do you know where it is and if you do can you post a screen shot?

It's on dig site, right when you start, after Loki appears, when he leaves, it drops the Fish Statue on where he was.

Yeah I figured it out by checking out a youtube video... my problem was the fish didn't drop fast enough, the screen lock would be removed so I'd just start walking as soon as I could and I'd miss the statue completely..

I managed to do it... I just have to bring that coffin artifact to the boss fight in the cemetary / crypt level and I'm done with that ♥♥♥♥... it's fairly obnoxious in single player.
