How is the localization?

I ve learned these guys making trails 1 remake too. How is these game localization? İs it okey or they just butchered it? İf its okey I am going to buy this game too to support devs.

They reused the majority of the Working Designs script in this collection. Whether that's a good thing or not is up to you.

EDIT: To add, the English voice acting here is brand new, but it's still going off the old Working Designs script.

The first episode that I know playing now, certainly does not shine for quality, but it is certainly understandable.

If you want to get a better idea, you can browse the screenshots section, there are many subtitled game images.

What Trials game is being remade? The first Trails game was actually Legend of Heroes VI, so I'm curious.

Yep, That is Legend of Heroes VI. I see they are rebranding it Trails 1, which will confuse the fans but is probably better for newbies getting into the series.

This is the first version i have seen that contains the original Japanese audio with subtitles for the FMV and audio clips, I wish more work was put into rewriting the script to be accurate to the source material.

That's the thing, that game was part VI of the series. There was no Trails 1 or Trails series when Legend of Heroes VI came out. It appears they've rebranded it in the years since to make it the Trails in the Sky series (Trails 1, 2 and 3)

From what I remember, XSeed did an insanely good job with the localization for Trails in the Sky. It was the earlier games in the series on PSP that had terrible localization.
