Question about Luna's dubbed singing

Why is it that Luna's singing (not boat song, but the song she sings when meet her, La la la la la, and when she heals you in battle) why has that song been dubbed by english singers for PSP and this current remaster, when Working Designs actually just left the original Japanese voice? YUP, if anyone thought that was also Jennifer Stigile, it isnt.

(Not sure about Althena's singing voice later in the game yet as I haven't gotten there)
