I have tried this on an external monitor with keyboard and mouse, native, and off the desktop and the game runs fine on the Steam Deck OLED

Works great on mine as well. Don't understand why they need to test more as you can set controller options in the game as well.

The issue is I’d devs tell Steam it works or if Valve staff have to figure it out. I get the Valve people have a massive backlog of games to validate.
