Everything is up to date and I'm still having the issue.
It's okay though, because I'll be 100% done with both games in about a day.
Now im playing wireless keyboard it pretty much stopped. How the hell i managed to fix it first time no idea.
Ok found a work around the problem. You need to turn off the computer not do a shut down but physically hold the button cause sometimes for some reason it just goes to sleep mode. Once on immediately launch the game if it hangs at the start you do a shift+tab it will be playable again and stutters should disappear. Even with this its not always guaranteed about 1 in 3 chance for it to work.
If your serious, make sure nothing using your cpu is running when you do it, safest when your computer is running quietly. It's still not a 100% guarantee but extremely unlikely to hurt it.
I remember that Working Designs said there was a similar bug in the PS1 version of Lunar 2 that they (after a lot of time) tracked down and fix. I hope it's not back....
Yes, it's just in Lunar 2. I played and finished both games and only had this occur in Lunar 2. I didn't know it was present in the PS1 release...I don't remember that happening with my copy.
