Dragon Wings Bug

My Dragon Wings are disabled and cannot be used no matter where I go. This triggered when I teleported to Meribia. I'm at the point where I'm supposed to pick up the airship and go to the frontier. I have not been to the frontier yet, and I've warped to Meribia multiple times in this event state until now and haven't done anything story relevant in a while. I was collecting Bromides and Red Chests leading up to this. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Update: You can fix this by saving and relaunching the game.
