you can turn down the voice and movie volumes though you'll miss out on a couple of good songs sang in the games now and than by muting the movies.
also there's a setting to just flat turn off the character voices in battle
Oh no it's that bad? I feel like the Lunar fandom although small might be dedicated enough to do things like mod to fix the bugs or reincorporate the original PS1 voice acting? I was hoping that we can just mute the voices in the cutscenes, but keep everything else intact.
it's not bad at all.. in fact the voices are actually better.. but there's a vocal group of working designs purists that just can't get the memo that the dude who has sole ownership of the WD dub is a huge D*CK and no one wants to play his petty games so gunho just did their own thing instead
nall for instance is no longer a pitched up voice that's shrill to the point of bleeding ears. but is actually voiced by someone with a naturally.. and pleasantly high voice
yeah the WD purists are screaming the game is "censored" cause it doesn't adhere to the WD script exactly.
when everything that has been "changed" is just stuff ireland and his team put in in the first place
