What's the difference between Classic and Remastered?

Both the setting in the title screen and the Item Management setting.

For the most part graphic. One is basically unaltered sprites and cinematic scene and the other is "remaster" sprite and cinematic scene. So far I prefer the remaster scene because it's not atrociously pixelated but love the class sprite because it just looks better.

Would love it if I can have the best of both worlds.
