The "ping" on speedtests is your ping against that speedtest server, not our servers :P There's a chance your ping is far higher (or lower) to our hosted servers.
That being said, we have improved the disconnecting thing quite a bit in the upcoming weapon patch, basically what happens currently is, peoples packets start dropping when you're downloading vehicles, so the game thinks you're lagging out. We've been able to increase the amount of packets that can be received, and the limit before it thinks you're lagging.
What you can try in the meantime is typing in "/mutespawn" it chat when/before you join the server, then wait a couple of seconds until everything looks alright, then type in "/unmutespawn"
What this does is pause the vehicle transfer list, and should theoretically help drop less packages, then you can see if you actually disconnect after 1, or 2, or 5 vehicles, and toggle mutespawn between them, always being sure to wait at least a couple of seconds before unmuting vehicles again.
There are a couple of ways we can do this internally/automatically, but they're far from optimal. It's something we need to experiment far more with before we can push a conclusive solution to the main issue.
mind if I added you so we can debug this further when we both have some free time?
