How do I open the 3 gates at Forest Area?

I just cant get the right switches combination.

Here my map guide i made . The switch is way up right purple Thorn require 5 mid jump.

The game says it's in the middle of the forest. If there's somewhere you haven't reached on the map in the middle of the forest, that's likely the switch you want. Bear in mind if you don't have an objective just past those 3 gates yet, there's not much to do down there so no hurry to open.

how you do 5 time mid jump, i can only 4 (+1 from relic)
