Just going through all these threads I can't stop laughing.

The political outrage is just giving this game the Streisand effect, and what looks like another lethal clone is now getting a massive amount of free marketing. The vast majority of people don't care about Chinese nationalist politics, so they're just working for the dev for free giving it attention.

Great timing on the dev giving it away for free for a period also capitalizing on it. The flavour of the day internet bullying mob will go away when they find the next person on the internet who dared suggest that the CCP doesn't own folks on some island who have no interest in being their subjects.

That is a hilarious and absurd statement for a citizen of China to make. There is a huge amount of diversity of opinion in America - maybe even too much. In China, you will end up in prison if you hold and speak on opinions that differ from the views pedaled by the government and its propaganda outlets.
