What scripting language does App game kit use ?
Is it python, c++, java, LUA etc.. ?

Scripting? :) Its BASIC language. There is no visual editor. Pure programming.

what about licencing ? do yo have to pay a fee for a game sale like Unity / unreal ? or am i missing the whole point .. is this just a background engine and not a GUI or graphics GUI like Blender,unity,unreal etc..

its a really bare bones IDE and BASIC language framework.

its like using XNA with Visual Studio IDE, but your using AGK BASIC with the GEANY IDE
