Downgrade from Patch 1.1 to Patch 1.0

Does anyone have a guide or know of a way to downgrade the steam version of SWTFUII to patch 1.0 to enable the use of mods?

well, if i remember correctly you could just install one of those mod packs. which some of them also includes modded exes with different fps limits. but if you really need the exe here you go. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bxLzZqhTtZOFLygQ31MvmIlLMwUNQBf8/edit
