Controls not working

I try using keyboard and mouse to play this game through steam and I have just started the game but it won't let me move around using W,A,S,D and all that even though in the options keyboard does have options to change the keybinds.

It won't look around when I move my mouse and it wont move when I try and press the movement keys.

Any help / suggestions?

If you have a controller plugged in none of the controls will work if you dont have a controller plugged in restart your game and try again if that doesnt work im not to sure what to do just maybe try to re install your game
