Where are the Controller override/settings?

I have peripherals that stay plugged in, and this seems to be one of the games where everything works fine until you join a game and then you're stuck turning and looking up because of a controller input. I don't want to have to unplug this ♥♥♥♥ every time I give this game a try, so are there any overrides available? I literally see zero controller related options in the game menu

Also, if there is a place I can manually set a custom resolution, that would be great because I like to play windowed mode but don't want to have to resort to having a lot of unused screenspace as a result.
