Does movement speed affect the dash in any way?

I was just wondering if it's worth getting movement speed ugprades at all, since I dash all the time.... :)

Before you say it, yes, I know, it would maybe be worth it while using a shooting gun and aiming. But I play full melee. :)

i have a melee that boosts my movement speed but i cant "feel" a difference in dash

Move speed perk is pretty worth honestly, not that expensive and counteracts move speed debuff on some gem

Yes. It does increase dash speed.

I have that perk fully maxed out and I literally FLY through levels.
