with this said, the answer is almost completely PC, unless you have more friends on console and want to play the multiplayers of these games with them.
Games always control better at higher frame rates, so consoles which are generally locked to 30 FPS can never offer the best in that regards.
1. PC always, console is simply a lesser experience every time.
2. This game isnt even on console until next year.

also fast paced games always with controller unless its not fps for me at least

You can play with a controller on the PC, I'm using one. These games are much better on the PC simply because of their increase framerare and visuals. Most Xbone/PS4 games are still 30fps and that doesn't seem to be changing with the PS Pro either.
