Where can i get Double Barrel Shotgun?

I am afraid that i have missed that moment, when i can have booomstick. Where is it located?

You can buy one from larry at some point. check back at his shop often.

Yeah, for whatever reason, the game gives you the wiki for the shotgun before you can even get it.
