Go to Change resolution under Display > It's under Output color format and Output color depth

Ah...this is color settings. I personally just left mine at RGB, though techincally I've never fiddled with this section before. If this has anything to do with the HDR option, I don't have such a screen unfortuantley. However I am using Reshade's fakey "HDR" simulation, as well as other settings, which makes day forest maps in the game look damn impressive.
