[HELP] "An internal application error has occurred..."
Hey,

I can't play in coop more than 5 mins because I always get this message : "An internal application error has occurred. We deeply regret your inconvenience, but the game will close."

I tried everything (re-install game, microsoft visual, safe mod...) and nothing works. I played 9 hours without any issue and then, this message came from nowhere and I'm stuck with my friend at the same level, I can't even continue my game and it's really annoying...

I always played in coop and everything worked until now. However, when I play in solo, I don't get this message and my game runs fine.

Any fix?

I tried everything in this thread and nothing works. When I re-installed the game, It worked for a moment and then, with the new patch, I get this error again.

Yep, works perfectly. It happens when I invit my friend and when we start to play together, 5 mins after his connexion.

I suggest to backup your saves first.

Yep, I just returned on windows 7 and it solves itself.

I have solved it as well. Looked into the crash report and tried to figure out as much as I could, found some lines mentioning 'rocket_launcher_ancient' and 'harpoon'. Told my mate to stop using the rocket launcher with the turret mod in coop and the error is gone. Devs might wanna look into that.
