how to get high level gems?

whats the easiest way to get high level gems? the highest gem i got is 107. how are people getting gems to 190? thanks

You have to have a higer lvl yourself, and play on a higer dif, and maybe even forge some of them

Even at max level on Insane 4 and last mission cleared gems usually don't go above 130, definitely have to forge to reach 190+

The highest drop i've seen so far is 135 on Insane T4 4-player mode. If you wanna go significantly higher then crafting is the way to go.

while it's true that you have to play on a harder setting to see better loot drops, that's also not always the case.

during my current "trial" run on Easy, i'm beginning to see Lvl-60+ gems drop from Superior/Elite enemies and farmable mini-bosses and also forged some from crafting as well. so with that said, it'll only get better from there.

I´m level 220 and playing max difficult Insanity 7, now when i go to the shops i get gems level 170+ and i got crafting gems above 240. But i trying to get gems 40000+.

the highest crafted gem level I got, was a Lvl-255 "Stinging Core of Fluke" gem. so it's definitely possible
