Teleport doesn't work

I just started to play all missions on "No pain no Gain" again and I'm stuck on first mission (Hot Blooded) because I can't teleport.
I press T as usual and the teleportation seems to start but it aborts after around 1 second.
I can continue to move but still I'm stuck in the mission and can't continue.

Just hold right mouse button and T key simultaneously
