nope, nothing. During gameplay it's fine. Even in the menus for thecharacter. Things like skills, weapons....etcall work fine but as soon as I touch settings the controller spazes out and then stops working. Then I have to use the mouse to navigate but once back in game it works fine. It's a bit weird.
when was this update?
No idea tbh, Windows Creator updates screwed my computer so I've not had a chance to check Steam.
Edit - sounds like it's just the Beta that's been fixed.
Go to "Controller configuration" in the steam menu for Shadow Warrior 2
On the screen that appears showing your controller click on "browse configs"
On this screen choose "Templates" from the left
Choose the "gamepad" profile
Then click "apply config"
Reload the game and see if has improved things.
They updated steam a few months ago and it seems to have mucked about with Xbox controller support in games with native support when you have the steam controller support active.
I've run into it in Space Hulk:Deathwing and Strike Vector Ex and now Shadow Warrior 2.
Enabling this profile seems to fix it.
Mostly it shows as disabling the right thumbstick which I know is not what you are describing, so I'm not sure if it will fix your problem.
Unfortunately, there was another user in there with an Xbox One controller who has tried everything and still can't get his to work.
