Id like this as well I have allways been a fan of persistance in game.
Yes, ofc I know it's because of some issue with performance but some of us have good computers and im just wondering how I can make everything despawn later or from a certain distance.
Have you tried for example, fallout, oblivion (items from level 1 still at the same spot you left em 200 hours ago), Grand theft auto 4-5?, killing floor 2? etc etc..(damages, bullet holes, bodies, random debris etc) You don't even notice the despawning.. And killing floor isn't even demanding..
"This is why most games have (words) despawn etc.."
Yeah, what kind of games are you playing?
Would be nice for us who can manage the "heavy processor loaded"-games, like at least give the option for despawn time/distance..
Just un-installed it because it's silly how fast it disappears... Hopefully they can fix something so I can have fun with it!
Can you please give me those console commands? Or do you know where to get em'?
g_autodelete_meshes_min_time
g_autodelete_parts_time r_dissolve_time anyway if you insert the command in the console it will give you a description of the command
Just the r_dissolve_time is needed:
Edit the config.cfg file (under your profile Saved Games\Flying Wild Hog\Shadow Warrior 2...)
At the bottom, add the line r_dissolve_time "2000" (or another high number) and save.
Make the file read-only (right-click -> Properties).
