Dissappearing/despawning bodies, blood, severed limbs etc..
Is there some way I can edit the script so everything doesn't dissappear so quick? This really makes it a game-breaker for me.. Slashing and shooting up a whole place and when you're done there's not even a sign of fight or anything? No blood stains, bullet holes etc... I know a similiar game that does this PERFECT and it's less demanding than this game so..

Am I going to play this game or just uninstall it since I can't get any satisfaction from it as it is now... :(

i do understand that issue tho i would actually like the opposite sometimes as giblets and body parts often stuck into the world geometry (or worse: each other) and lean onto my processor time so hard that the game comes to a near full stop =/

The reason this is not done is to lighten processor load. Giblets, blood, and bodies all have to be rendered into the world, given location and appropriate physics. This all can cause frame rates to chug on otherwise capable machines, and for very little in return as far as gameplay. This is why most games have bodies and parts despawn after a given time frame, or when out of player view.

Yes, ofc I know it's because of some issue with performance but some of us have good computers and im just wondering how I can make everything despawn later or from a certain distance.

Have you tried for example, fallout, oblivion (items from level 1 still at the same spot you left em 200 hours ago), Grand theft auto 4-5?, killing floor 2? etc etc..(damages, bullet holes, bodies, random debris etc) You don't even notice the despawning.. And killing floor isn't even demanding..

"This is why most games have (words) despawn etc.."

Yeah, what kind of games are you playing?

Would be nice for us who can manage the "heavy processor loaded"-games, like at least give the option for despawn time/distance..

Just un-installed it because it's silly how fast it disappears... Hopefully they can fix something so I can have fun with it!

http://gameranx.com/features/id/78206/article/shadow-warrior-2-pc-console-commands-guide-cheat-codes-list/ i think you need to increase g_autodelete_meshes_limit
g_autodelete_meshes_min_time
g_autodelete_parts_time r_dissolve_time anyway if you insert the command in the console it will give you a description of the command

Just the r_dissolve_time is needed:
Edit the config.cfg file (under your profile Saved Games\Flying Wild Hog\Shadow Warrior 2...)
At the bottom, add the line r_dissolve_time "2000" (or another high number) and save.
Make the file read-only (right-click -> Properties).
