SW2 with a controller

The more I play this game with kb & m, the less I feel it can be played successfully with a controller. It's too freakin fast. How the hell would you even stay alive? I know it's coming to console soon, but I feel like they're gonna have to take it down multiple notches for my console brethren. I'm playing on Insanity I and even with kb & m, I die sometimes. I can't imagine trying to keep up with this game using a controller...

I played the whole game in insanity I with an xbox one controller and I had no issues in movement, it's very confortable to play with a controller.

i finished with a controller but its way easier to play with km (its intended to play it this way , since its way more fluid) but at least they will get money from the console peasants

I play with my Nvidia Shield sometimes and yeah, pretty damn painful

I sometimes use an xbone controller when i just feel like relaxing and being lazy, It handles like siht but is still playable but it leaves me feeling dirty. Even though it serves it's purpose, I hate using it.

If your using any guns "at all", M+Kb is the way to go, however..

If you use melee "only" the 360 controller is easily just as good if not even better for movement precision (being analog) and with correct sensitivity settings for the left stick for aim you have no issues there and is a perfectly acceptable alt choice to a M/Kb combo.

(PS: i myself use pure melee w/360 pad and play insanity 5 when im feeling lazy, playing over 5 is less about input choice and more about how well kitted and built you are ingame.)

Hmm never thought about it that way, but that actually makes a lot of sense.

You free Tuesdays or Wednesdays during the day? I'm only on Insanity 1, and could use some help. :)

I do just fine, control inputs are very intuitive. All my time is on a xbox 360 controller
