So, the secrets and the maps
Hello,
Newer player here, just for context I did a bunch of oroboros, have decent builds so the challenge isn't the issue here. did a few missions and like them, but I want some new weapons to try, so now I am trying to get the globbler and saw.
Here is where the issue arises, the map has been updated and I do not see a SINGLE guide with the new locations, every guide I see is posted 7 ish months ago when this game hit its peak and since then no real updates (at least for the globbler, every guide shows a silo under the purple mushrooms, I swear I have spent over an hour just combing every inch of that area, no silo)
in a game like this when you update the map and change the secrets it really hurts folks like me who don't really enjoy secret hunting but want the cool weapon.

The map containg those secrets hasn't been updated. It's just that some zones now have multiple maps. If you go to the old map, all the stuff for the secret will still be there.

You can see the map name on the mission screen - you want the one labeled "singularity", NOT the one labeled "shipping lane".

Thanks for the assist on that, but the fact that it is not clearly explained should probably be considered a major issue, maybe have the community manager (if the game has one) or one of the team members make a video explaining each of the secrets and keep them up to date?

1. I don't think you quite understand the concept of a secret. You only knew becuase of the community, and to the community you went when you needed more help. That is how most secrets in video games work. Individual secrets are found by individual players or hinted at by devs, then how they work is propagated.

2. You severely overestimate how much the devs interact with the players. The only place they seem to be active is the Discord, and even then, it seems mostly limited to releasing the ocasional teaser for upcoming content.
