Let me share my observation and suspected connection between heroes and position of word in the puzzle. Dekion is the 2nd hero in the list and his code resulted the 2nd word, Alexandra of Blacksand is the 3rd, she got the 3rd word, and so on.

My theory is to get the 1st word, we need to play with Lunika, for the 4th with Arran Gottspeed, etc.
