Suggestion: Let us spend souls to buy maze jumpers

I think maze jumpers should be easier to get. I never have enough gold to buy anything besides rations. The maze jumper costs a whole 175 gold, which I am not entirely certain most characters can even amass before meeting the keeper of souls. On the other hand, I think most people who have played this game multiple times don't have any use for souls anymore.

The mazes are the part of the game I dread getting to whenever I play. They aren't particularly dangerous, especially not the second maze. However, for almost every character they are inconsequential to the plot. In addition, while the rooms' positions change, the contents are always the same. They also don't have much variation based on character. This means there is no sense of exploration after the first time, only a fleeting hope that you'll find the rooms in the correct order.

Letting us spend souls to buy maze jumpers would solve both the problem of souls quickly losing their usefulness and the maze trap being a big unavoidable slog. Surely the keeper of souls would be interested in souls?

That sounds like a good idea. Of course one should not forget that the side-quest of some characters requires going into the maze...

Plus the Goblin Scourge characters have the chance to get it for free...

I didn't know it has been made cheaper, it's been a while since I actually went to check the store out. Sorry! How much are they now?

When playing as the new characters after the dlc arrived was able to purchase them from her for 75 gold at her little dwelling.

In the end you don't even need to, because if you follow a certain story path in the goblin caves with said new characters you can get it for free, multiple of them even (though its not like you can use more than one of them).
