I just want a mod or trianer which can have instant build time and inf money.

You have to make this changes on your own. I don't think there is a trainer or cheat mod for eaw out there.

Not that hard. All you need is Notepad++

There are several Trainers for this game, but I still can't find any that works on this (Steam/Gold) version.
I used a trainer on my old disc version of the game, but that wasn't the Gold Edition, so it doesn't work anymore.
In the link below are the trainers currently available.
The newest one does work particially, but it makes the game crash with the classic "An exception has occurred"-error.

Cheat Engine.

I'm not sure how to gain instant build using tables, however, I'm sure it can be done.

You have to launch notepad as admin.
